RETURNS
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your Items. This being a local business with limited inventory all hat sales will be final, apparel may be returned/exchanged within 7 days.
Hats are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
EXCEPTIONS
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service e-mail below to arrange a refund or exchange.
All returned items must be in new, unused and unwashed condition, with all original tags and labels attached to be accepted.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at Info@inthecrew512.com to obtain a free return label.
LOST ORDERS
In the Crew 512 is not responsible for lost orders. Once it is sent out and fulfilled, it is out of our hands. If your tracking number says that your order is delivered but you still haven't received your order, we encourage waiting a day or two. Sometimes it'll show up past your expected delivery date.
In the Crew 512 is not responsible for when the customer fills in an incorrect shipping address. Orders with insufficient shipping addresses are typically sent back to us. These orders will be refunded, and we will notify you when this happens.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
