Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, return requests must be submitted within 10 days of the delivery date.
Returned items must be:

In original condition with all tags attached
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Orders with delivery confirmed by the carrier but reported as missing or stolen
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@inthecrew512.com within 10 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Return Process
To request a return, please email info@inthecrew512.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is approved as defective or damaged.
Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, In The Crew 512 is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.
If tracking shows delivery but the package is not received, customers must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Orders reported as missing after delivery confirmation are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be refunded minus shipping costs, or reshipped at the customer’s expense.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact In The Crew 512 directly to resolve any order concerns before filing a chargeback.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in the loss of return and refund eligibility.
