Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. During peak sale periods and holidays, processing may take up to 3–4 business days.

Delivery Confirmation & Responsibility

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, In The Crew 512’s responsibility for the shipment is complete.

In The Crew 512 is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, the customer is responsible for:

  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly

  • Filing a missing mail or delivery claim with the carrier


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses are not eligible for replacement or refund.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.


PO Boxes & Carrier Limitations

Some carriers may not deliver to PO boxes or certain locations. In The Crew 512 is not responsible for delivery issues caused by carrier restrictions.
